…A new guy.  Maikel will be our partner in crime over the next periode of time! He is a design intern and will be working with Tusnelda.
A couple of days ago he and Tusnelda went to Illums Bolighus to check up on our shop-in-shop. Love the black/white styling he did on the mannequins.

Katja was recently in Thailand, and has sent us these beautiful pictures wearing some styles from TUSNELDA BLOCH Copenhagen. Most of the styles are from our summer 2012 collection, which hit stores at the beginning of April.  I especially love the styling on the first photo. – The fabrics and colour mix against her sun burned skin! YUM!

Sonia Delaunay at Lousiana

If you are heading north the exhibition “Avantgardens kvinder 1920-1940” at Louisiana, is definitely worth a visit.
The exhibition seeks to rewrite the history of the early 20th and 30th century artistic avant-garde by showing how 8 women contributed to the aesthetic innovations that occurred during that period.
One of the women is Sonia Delaunay, who Tusnelda was inspired by when creating here final project at Kolding Kunsthåndværkerskole.
The book “Colour moves: Art and fashion by Sonia Delaunay” has now found its way to Tusnelda’s desk. A beautiful book.

If you’re ever in town, “Rue de la paix” is definitely worth a visit. They have brand as Proenze Schouler, Ann Demeulemeester and Carven.

To do or not to do, – that is the question… Here the answer was pretty obvious, as Luxembourg  is pretty close to Belgium and their wonderful chocolate!

London Baby!

Last week Tusnelda and Ann-Sofie flew to London for business meetings and inspiration

New favorite area: “Shoreditch” cool little boutiques with interesting compositions of brands
Lunch at Shoreditch House The coolest concept with “everything under one roof”  … a kind of club you can join… roof top pool with bar and restaurant. Gym, lounge areas and more restaurants… There is even a hotel… definitely worth a visit!

Ak and Ines joined for lunch. Ann-Sofie’s best friends, both living and working in London.

Walk in Windsor, on a beautiful sunny-spring-Sunday.

Gotta love the color composition! So picture perfect, almost like a painting.

THE DRESS

Tomorrow our summer 2012 starts hitting stores in Denmark and Europe.
Today Tusnelda took the joy in advance and wore this cool cotton and silk structured dress, with cut-offs on both arms, from the summer collection. Gotta love!
